VBPW34FASR Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel® for protection. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages for safety purposes. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. The photodiodes have 2 pins. In a circuit, the photodiodes may release 215mW heat. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function properly with a reverse voltage of 60V. Photodiodes require an electric potential of 1.3V in order to conduct current. The photodiode operates at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
