PD70-01B/TR10 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages for safety protection. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 32V. In general, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can work properly with the reverse voltage of 32V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 5nA current.
