SXUVPS4 Overview
The Tray protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5-3 packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 20V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 20V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 40°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -10°C for the photodiodes.
