OPF430 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46 packages in order to protect them from damage. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. A photodiode has a pin number of 3. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 200mW heat. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -55°C. It should be 100V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 100V voltage when operated in reverse bias mode. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 100pA current.
