ODD-42WB Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 60V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 60V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 11nA current.
