MTAPD-07-015 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Strip. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 6-LCC packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 200V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 200V. Without light, a photodiode has 400pA current.
