BS100C0F Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 10V if it is continuously reverse-biased. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 10V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 3pA current.
