PDB-C608-3 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 25nA current.
