PDU-S104 Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-2 packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 20V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
