PDI-V109-F Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. Without light, a photodiode has 300pA current.
