PDU-C101 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 30V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 30V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 40pA current.
