PDU-C112Q Overview
In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Module packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 30V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 30V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 10nA current.
