MTPD3650D-1.4 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 5V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 5V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 5pA current.
