BCS2015A1 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 1V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 1V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
