SFH 2701 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, No Lead packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 15V.
