ODD-45W Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 5V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 5V permanently. While operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -55°C. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 400pA current.
