PDB-C203 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 4 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
