PDB-C156 Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 50V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 50V. In order for photodiodes to function properly, the breakdown voltage must be 75V. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
