AXUV576C Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tray to prevent damage. Photodiodes can only withstand 10V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 10V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. During operation of a photodiode, the temperature should not exceed 40°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -10°C as a minimum operating temperature.
