The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 32V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 32V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 32V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
