Using the frequency of 4.9GHz~5.85GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Digi-Reel® package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 16 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 270mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
