HMC443LP4ETR Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 9.8GHz~11.2GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 52mA.
