HMC579 Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 32GHz~46GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Die package.Tray package is used for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 70mA.
