HMC529LP5 Overview
A frequency of 12.4GHz~13.4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 32-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
