This RF IC features an enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.
