Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced.
