SI5348B-D08142-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
