As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
