SI5335D-B09053-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
