SI5341B-B04303-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
