In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. With ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
