AD6655BCPZ-105 Overview
A frequency of 450MHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC features an enhanced 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 64 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.
