AD9857ASTZ Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 5MHz~200MHz.The enhanced 80-LQFP package makes it an excellent RF IC.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 80 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 80-pin RF module.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 615mA.
