HMC572LC5 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 24GHz~28GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 32 pins.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 125mA.
