HMC814LC3B Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 13GHz~24.6GHz.Due to the enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The RF modulator is packaged in a Bulk package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 12-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 88mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
