Using the frequency of 14.4GHz~16.4GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 55mA.
