MK3200SLF Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part.
