PNZ300F Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-18-2 Metal Can packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 50V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 50V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 100pA even without light input.
