MTPD1500D-2.5 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 5V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 5V. There is 15pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
