PDB-C142F Product Details

PDB-C142F Overview

Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 50V. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 80°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. It's best to have the breakdown voltage at 25V to make sure the photodiodes work. The current in a photodiode is 5nA even when there is no light input.
