OPR2100HST Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
