MT03-003 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V.
