MTAPD-06-005 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 120V voltage. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 120V. Without light, a photodiode has 50pA current.
