PDB-C158 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 75V. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
