SLSD-71N200 Overview
It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Box with Wire Leads packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 20V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 3.3μA current without light input.
