HMC577LC4B Overview
A frequency of 27GHz~31GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 213mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
