HMC361S8G Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 0Hz~10GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package .In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 8 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 83mA range.
