HMC570LC5TR Overview
In the 17GHz~21GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.32-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 125mA.
