The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 23GHz~33GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 12 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 81mA.
