TCP-3127H-DT Overview
A frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF ICs with enhanced 8-XFBGA, WLCSP packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -30°C.
